Tomato Sauce – Food Service Carton

Foodservice Tomato Sauce – Carton of 3 × 2.75kg

Rich tomato flavour, thick consistency and a subtle spice kick — supplied by the carton for busy commercial kitchens.

Johnny Retro Thick with Kick Tomato Sauce is a full-flavoured Australian tomato sauce developed through real foodservice experience and made for restaurants, cafés, pubs, burger bars, food trucks, caterers and commercial kitchens.

This foodservice carton contains 3 × 2.75kg packs (8.25kg total), providing a practical format for venues using tomato sauce regularly across their menu.

Rich and robust with a thick consistency and gentle spice finish, Thick with Kick delivers the familiar tomato flavour customers expect, with enough character to stand apart from an everyday commercial tomato sauce.

Made for Commercial Kitchens

Thick with Kick was originally developed for our own Melbourne food truck, where flavour, consistency and speed matter through every service.

Its broad flavour profile makes it an easy fit across burgers, hot chips, sausages, pies, schnitzels, breakfast dishes and classic takeaway menus. Use it as a condiment, dipping sauce, burger sauce or ingredient in your own kitchen creations.

From Our Food Truck to Yours

Before Johnny Retro was on a retail shelf, our sauces were being served to customers from our Maple Leaf Meats food truck in Melbourne.

We started making our own because we wanted sauces with better flavour, quality and character than the generic options available to us.

Those recipes became the foundation of Johnny Retro and continue to shape the foodservice range we manufacture today.
